I found that the typical recipe with catalina dressing or french dressing was just too much for us. I found another recipe that used ranch, and with some tweaking made it to fit our tastes. Then I adapted it to work in my pressure cooker.
Directions
I put this in the pressure cooker on high pressure for 25 minutes with natural pressure release. ( I love my pressure cooker! )
if no pressure cooker
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, salad dressing and dry onion soup mix. Blend together until well mixed, then pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
