Roll chicken in seasoned flour and brown in hot fat.
Revmove from skillet.
Cook onion, garlic and green pepper in hot fat until onion is golden.
Add pimento and rice (uncooked). Stir over low heat 2 min. Add remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling and pour into 2 qt. casserole.
Arrange chicken on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
