Polenta is made from popcorn!
Also good with leftover spaghetti/meat sauce.
Stir prepared hollandaise into sauteed mushrooms, etc. Start with 1/2 of the sauce and see how much you need.
Polenta: Grind popcorn coarsely to make 1 cup.
Bring to boil the liquids plus salt.
Whisk in polenta and return to boil, then cover and put in 300 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hr., stirring every 10 min. or so.
Stir in butter and Parm.
