Traditional South Indian Soup from Tomatoes and Tamarind. This is kinda similar to Tom Yom Soup from Thailand.
-> Soak Tamarind in a bowl of water and keep it separate.
-> Take medium size bowl to prepare your soup. Put Cut tomatoes in this bowl with water and boil it for 3-4 minutes.
-> Add smashed Garlic, Pepper Corns and Zird to the boiling soup.
-> Squeeze tamarind juice out of soaked tamarind and add it to the boiling soup.
-> Take a separate pan and start a Thiragamatha (heat oil in the pan and add: Avalu, Minapa pappu, Curry Leaves, Turmeric, Red Mirchi, Onion)
-> Add this Thiragamatha to the soup
-> Add salt and let it boil for 15 mins.
