1/3 cup milk (I personally use raw full fat milk, also works great with coconut and almond milk)
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (I use my homemade Greek Yogurt)
1-1/2 tsp dried chia seeds
1 tbs raw almonds
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 tbs raspberry jam, preserves, or spread
1/4 to 1/3 cup raspberries or enough to fill jar (I like to add lots and lots of fresh fruits)
