2. Add sugar and mix well
3. Measure milk and add egg. Combine.
4. Make well and add milk+egg mixture
5. Mix well and leave to settle for 30 mins
6. Mash up banana and add to batter
7. Cut up strawberries and add 3/4 to the batter (keep the remaining for garnish)
