Directions
Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. Cook chicken in skillet 14 -18 min. or until browned on all side and internal temp. reaches 165-degrees F. Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm.
HEAT remaining 1 tespoon oil in same skillet. Add garlic, vinegar, and rosemary. Simmer 3 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in preserves, heating until meltrd. Spoon saunce over chicken. Sprinkle with raspberries.
