Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400°. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add combined dry ingredients, and mix well. Press 1/2 of the mixture into a 9x13 pan. Spread the raspberry preserves over the top of the mixture. Sprinkle the remaining mixture over the top of the preserves. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
