Put frozen berries, walnuts and sweetner in the blender and pulse until the nuts are finely ground, but not meal. Add heavy whipping cream and run the blender for about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
For sweetener I like to use one of the flavoured Davinci Syrups with Splenda.
