Lemonade stand worthy short breads will keep you coming back for more.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In large bowl, Cream together Butter, Sugar and Lemon extract. Slowly add flour until dough comes together. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. With finger or thumb make a small hole in the center of ball, repeat to all cookies. Fill the hole with the jam.
3.Bake for 14 to 18 minutes. let cool.
4. In Small bowl, mix last three ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
If you don't like lemon or don't have have any extract you can substitute it with almond extract
