Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, Fold in cool whip and then fold in the mini marshmallows. Spread over baked layers. Dissolve gelatin in water and stir in frozen raspberries. Chill until slightly thickened, then spread of cream layer. refrigerate. If possible try to make the day before.
