1. In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, lemon juice and powdered Erythritol. Cook over medium-low heat for 2-3 min until the raspberries begin to soften.
2. Adjust the heat to a gentle simmer, mash the berries with the back of a spoon, and continue cooking for 5-8 min, until thickened. Adjust sweetener to taste. The sauce will thicken more as it cools.
(Cooking times may need to be adjusted when using different type of berry.)
For a flavor twist, try adding 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp orange zest.
