An injection and basting ingredient that gives a sweet moisture kick to your Turkey Holiday
Completely Thaw Turkey. Place Turkey in 4 qt. Roasting Pan. Pour both cans of Chicken Broth in bottom of Pan. Pour 1 scoop of coffee into chicken broth and stir, spreading coffee through out broth. In small bowl, heat honey until thinned, Mix together Rasberry Walnut Dressing and Honey. Inject Turkey with mixture and baste outer Turkey with left over excess mixture. Coat the outside with pepper. Cover with tin foil and let sit in fridge over night. Next Day preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook Turkey covered in Tin Foil for 2 hours. Remove Turkey from oven at 2 hours. Remove tin foil. Re - Inject Turkey with more Rasberry Walnut Dressing and Honey Mixture and re - baste outside of Turkey. Place back in oven for 1 hour uncovered to brown. At 1 hour, Re - baste Turkey with Broth and cover in tin foil and cook 1 more hour. Be sure temperature reaches 180 degrees center of Turkey.
