Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a 20 cm x 30 cm pan or line with baking paper.
Beat butter and sifted icing sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the sifted flour, cinnamon and nuts until mixture is crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup of crumble mixture. Press remaining mixture into pan; top with raspberries. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake slice for about 40 minutes. Cool slice in pan before cutting.
