This is an easy recipe that requires little attention and takes great! The smell of it cooking is even better!
1. Preheat your oven to 200C.
2. Slice your potatoes into good sized pieces and boil for ten minutes. Meanwhile chop your courgettes.
3. Meanwhile line a casserole dish with butter. Place your ravioli evenly on the bottom of this dish. Along the sides place the chopped courgettes and in the middle spread the beans over the ravioli. Once the potatoes have softened, drain and place on top along with the beans. Add the Passata over the dish and add 1/4 pint of water to help the ravioli cook. The water will evaporate during cooking. Now add your spices and season well. Generously, sprinkle the cheeses over it all and place in the oven for thirty minutes.
4. After the thirty minutes, remove from the oven and serve.
