Cook ravioli according to directions on package. Meanwhile melt butter in meduim saucepan over medium heat whisk in flour until smooth, add half & half heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cook until thickened add cheese and continue to cook over low heat until cheese has melted. Pour over drained ravioli.
