Add eggs and oil. Mix again.
Add water gradually.
Mix with hands until you have a soft pliable dough.
Work the dough until nice and smooth.
Divide into 2 sections.
Place one section on a floured board. Roll out until very thin.
Add flour as needed.
Spread with filling. Add second rolled out dough on top.
Sprinkle with flour.
Roll with ravioli roller. Cut into squares.
