raw almond joys
Sorry I don't have measurements. I took the recipe from this board. I think it was a recipe for mounds. Anyway, take about 2 cups of coconut, enough oil to make it bind, a dash of vanilla and salt and some agave to sweeten.
Dates: remove seed from dates and stuff as much coconut filling as possible making sure to place a cashew or almond in the center.
Dip almonds in chocolate mixture and place in the freezer or fridge to set.
