Suggest a better descriptionSoak Flax seed for 2 hours. Mix all ingredients (except sesame) in a blender and blend until smooth. Spread one cup of this barter on non-stick dehydrator sheet.
The thickness of the barter should be no more than 1/8 inch.
Place in dehydrator at 118 F. Remove after 30 minutes, mark with a knife or pizza cutter.(2" x 2" is a good s, mark as any desired size).
Sprinkle some salt and Sesame seeds, and dehydrate for another 18-24 hours until crisp.
Use golden Flax seed for a better look.
If adding salt to taste, then please note that dehydrated food will have higher concentration of salt, so add accordingly.
Use Frozen Corn, it always works better.
Roast Cumin on a very hot plate, remove immediately once cumin crackles.
