Add chicken broth, onions, and seasonings, cook tell done. then drain some of juice .emulsify with hand blender, then add butter Jalapenos to taste, can add a little of the Jalapeno juice for more flavor, and the cheese. mix well don't let it get to dry, if needed add more of the bean juice to keep moist.
