Preparation:
cook and crumble sausage in a skillet over medium heat unti brown. Transfer sausage to bowl.
Melt butter in same skillet and then whisk in flour. Slowly whisk in broth and milk.
Heat over medium low heat until boiling. Add garlic and onion powder and pepper. Cook until thickened.
Serve over buttermilk biscuits.
