Add this Mexican Rice to any meal. Straight from Mexico
heat oil in saucepan then add rice. Fry rice until golden brown then add all the remaining ingrediant and stir. Cover and remain covered for 30 minutes on medium heat (Try not to check it too often because you don't want to let the steam out). Check and Stir if it's not quite done then let cook for about 5 minutes more.
