Suggest a better descriptionCombine beef, egg, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Using your hands, blend ingredients together. Blend bread crumbs into meat mixture. Slowly add water, 1/2 cup at a time, until the mixture is quite moist. (You may not use all of the water.) Shape the meat mixture in to 2 to 3 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Lower cooked meatballs into simmering marinara sauce and cook for 1 to 2 hours.
