This recipe came from my grandmother's recipe file. I believe this was an old family recipe.
Boil sugar with 2 quarts water for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add crushed mint leaves, cool and strain. Add fruit juice, ice tea, and remaining water.
Add ginger ale just before serving, pour over ice in punch bowl and garnish with fruit slices and mint sprigs.
Notes: At the bottom of the recipe card was written the following:
"Beulah didn't use the mint, so I don't know how it would be. Also she used grape juice instead of pineapple. I'm Thirsty!! "
