Suggest a better descriptionFor every 4oz of sweet potatoes I use 2 scoops of chocolate ump powder. If you use another brand add powder to the potato and mix until it becomes mostly brown and the consistency of brownie batter.
You can eat this as is or put in muffin tins that have been sprayed with cooking spray or greased with coconut oil.
I find that 3 decent sized potatoes and six scoops of powder get me 24 mini muffins (6 four muffin servings) or a dozen skimpy muffins. (eat 2)
If cooking mini muffins 12 minutes on 400 if cooking big muffins 15-18.
You can also do this with canned pumpkin.
