Suggest a better descriptionPlace the sliced onions and lemon juice in a bowl and cover with saran wrap.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours for the lemon juice to cook the “onions”.
After 2 hours add remaining ingredients to bowl, mix well, recover the bowl, and place ceviche back in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for ingredients to marry.
Can be topped with popcorn/tostado and/or hot sauce for extra flavor.
