Blend sugar, oil & add eggs one at a time. Beat 1 minute then add cinnamon & powder.
Add flour 1 Cup at a time until pulls away from bowl. Add Red Hots and remaining flour. Blend until well mixed. Press into 12x4 rectangle. Invert a drying rack to score evenly. Cut thru but don't separate until after first baking. Bake for 30 minutes. Separate into individual Biscottti, Flip on side. Bake 6 minutes, flip to other side and bake 6 minutes.
