My husbands favorite salad!
1Tear lettece(do not cut) , cut apples into bite size pices.Alternating, layer lettece, apples, cheese, and cashews into salad bowl. Blend well the oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, and poppy seed. Pour on drressing just before serving.
Recipe note: You may not need all of the dressing, but any left over tastes delicious on any salad. Salad portions may be incresed to serve a larer crowd, but the dressing is sufficient for quite a bit more salad.
