Preheat to 400
Combine bisquick and 4tbs butter- mix well but leave pea-sized chunks of butter
Add cheese, milk, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and mix but not too much
Drop 1/4 cup portions onto ungreased cookie sheets w/ ice cream scoop (12 total)
Bake 15-17 minutes until tops are light brown
Remove from oven
Melt 2 tbs butter in microwave- mix w/ parsley flakes and 1/2 tsp garlic powder (+salt if desired)
Brush over tops of biscuits until used up
