Stir tog biscuit mix, cheddar, and milk until a soft dough forms. Beat with a wooden spoon about 30 seconds.
Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and smooth down the tops to prevent hard peaks from forming.
Bake 8-10 min until tops are brown
While biscuits are baking, melt butter in a pan and stir in the garlic powder. When the biscuits are done, brush the butter on the tops, sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
