Very tasty and easy to make. The Gruyere cheese is a little more expensive; however, it goes great with the shrimp.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pie crust for 15 minutes. Then evenly spread shrimp on the bottom of the pie crust Sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat together eggs, sour cream, green onions and salt and pepper. Slowly pour the mixture into the pie crust. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes. When an inserted knife comes out clean, it is done.
