This is a mix of marinated vegetables for a dip. They go great with Frito's Scoop chips!!
Drain all canned vegetables (Field Peas, Shoepeg Corn, Mexicorn) and mix in a large bowl. (You may need to remove Snaps from the Field Peas if they come together. Toss out the Snaps.) Dice the Green Peppers and Onions and mix with the canned vegetables. Add Rotell to the mix. Pour the Italian Dressing over the mix, cover, and put in fridge over night. Drain the next morning, and enjoy!
