Suggest a better descriptionPrepare the mushroom, onion, carrot and red bell pepper. Heat 1 tablespoonful olive oil in a large pot (you can also add some butter). Sauté the vegetables until soft. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add water, bouillon and Herbes De Provence and bring to a boil. Add instant rice, stir and cover over low heat for about 6 minutes or until water is absorbed.
