Preheat oven to 400*
-heat sauté pan 10 sprays love all of
-add dried onions, tomatoes, garlic and pinch of salt to pan.
-Sauté ingredients until tomatoes are soft.
-squeeze about 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon over ingredients.
-add about five leaves of chopped fresh Basil.
Spray olive oil on a baking sheet, place Pepper halves on sheet as if bowls.
-add mixture from sauce pan to each of the pepper bowls and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
-place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
