Suggest a better descriptionSift flour and dry ingredients together. Cream shortening with sugar; add eggs and beat thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in plums, plum liquid and nuts. Pour into cake pan approximately 7x11-inches. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes. Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat 3 ounces cream cheese, softened. Add 2 teaspoons plum liquid and 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar.
