Killer Sandwich!
In a Medium Bowl: Add Jalapenos, cilantro, tequila, garlic, red chili flakes, cumin, oregano, lime juice and 1 teaspoon salt.
Add Chicken Breast & Red Bell Pepper to resealable gallon bag and pour in marinade. Let Marinate 4-8 hours
Heat Grill to High. Remove Chicken from marinade and grill
In small mizing bowl, add flour, remaining 1 teaspoon salt and granulated garlic
Heat canola oil to 350 degrees. Remove Bell Peppers from Marinade and dredge in flour and fry until crispy. When done drain on Paper Towels
When Chicken is done grilling. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice or Shred if wanted
Lightly Toast Rolls. Spread Mayo and stack onion, chicken breast, fried peppers and top with cheese.
