1. Pat the sea bream dry and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange on a plate.
2. On each piece place a dab of ginger, and a small amount of the green onion.
3. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
4. Prior to serving pour small amount of ponzu sauce on the side of the plate (not on top of the fish).
5. Add león wedge to plate.
