Suggest a better descriptionPour orange juice over grated apple. Add beet root, carrot, celery and chopped mint. Sprinkle with the light dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg. Dressing not required for this slaw as the orange juice, as well as preventing Apple discoloring, also serves as the dressing.
