Directions:

Set oven to 350 degrees.

Line 2 (9 inches trays) with wax-paper

In a large bowl beat dry ingredients with baking cocoa, then eggs, oil, buttermilk and food colouring for about 2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally.

Spoon the batter evenly between the 2 trays.

Bake from 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpicks clean.

Remove from the pans immediately and cool on wire racks.
Frosting
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
100 grams creme cheese
1 cup whipping creme
food coloring, if desired
Direction :
Beat creme cheese with sugar until softened
Add whipping creme and combine gently .
