Mix flour cocoa, baking soda and salt. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and flufy, about 5 mins. Beat in eggs, Mix sour cream, milk, food color and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins
Remove from pan and let cool. Spread with frosting
1 8oz package cream cheese, sottened.
4tbs softened butter
2 tbs sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 box confectioner's sugar (16oz)
Mix all ingredients until fluffy, Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar until smooth.
