Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In small pot over low heat, melt dark chocolate and 1/2 cup butter together until smooth. Add 1/4 cup wine and whisk until incorporated. Remove from heat.
Add eggs, whisk to combine.
Add sugar and vanilla, stir to combine.
Add flour, cocoa and salt, stir to combine.
Spread batter in tin foil-lined 9x9 pan and bake 25 min, or until done in center.
Melt semisweet chocolate and 1 tbsp butter. When melted, whisk in 2 tbsp wine. Set aside.
Drizzle the glaze over cooled brownies and spread with spatula.
