Suggest a better description1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Sprinkle the turkey pieces with salt and pepper to taste. IN a large skillet, heat the olive oil and brown the turkey on all sides for a few minutes. Transfer to slow cooker.
2. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, parsnip, and potatoes to the hot skillet with another tablespoon of oil if necessary. Saute until just beginning to soften, about 5 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle with the flour and stir, add to the crock pot and toss with the meat.
3. Heat the thyme, broth and wine in a measuring cup in the microwave until boiling; add to the crock. Place the parsley on top. Cover and cook on low for 2 and 1/2 hours, until the meat shows no pink and the vegetables are tender.
4. Mix the Bisquick, milk, and tablespoon of parsley together in a small bowl.
5. Using a tablespoon, scoop out dough into about four balls. Place on solid areas in the crock pot (try and keep them from being directly in the liquid). Cover and cook on high for 25-35 minutes until the dough is completely cooked through. Test with a toothpick.
Serve and enjoy.
