1. Fry sausage in olive oil, breaking up with spatula. When it's almost done, add garlic and fry for a minute or two.
2. Drain tomatoes and spinach and throw them in the frying pan.
3. Turn heat to medium low, add spices, and mix it all up. Continue to cook until heated through.
4. Cook pasta and mix with topping.
