Chicken:
1. put 10 ounces of Chicken in a dish and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper, cover the dish and let it cook for 1 hour at 350 (from Frozen). 30 min if thawed.
1. Heat chicken with hot sauce in a sauce pan
2. Mix in all other Ingredients (half of the Cheese)
3. pour everything into a casserole dish then sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
4. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until bubbly
