Bake cake according to low cholesterol instructions, using only egg whites.
When done, remove from oven and poke holes in cake with the end of a wooden spoon or a large meat fork. Mix condensed milk and caramel topping together and pour half of this mixture over hot cake, reserving the other half in the refrigerator for another use.
Refrigerate cake until cold. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with Heath Bar bits.
