Relatively simple to construct.
Mix together, except chocolate chips, and pat in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan used for baking primarily. Melt chocolate chips and spread over top. Chill and cut into squares before the chocolate gets very hard or it will crack when it's cut. Chill again after cutting. Remove from pan and store.
