Mix powdered sugar,peanut butter,stick of melted butter,and brown sugar together well and press into a 9X13 glass dish.
Melt chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons of butter together and pour over peanut butter mixture.
Let cool in fridge and cut intop 1 in squares..
