Mix Margarine with sugar.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until mixture is creamy.
Separately, mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt, then add to creamed mixture.
Stir-in Reese's Pieces.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes
