Suggest a better descriptionMelt margerine. Blend in peanut butter. Blend in crumbs and stir until well mixed. Add sugar and blend well. Pat into a buttered (I used cooking spray) 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread over base mixture. Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cut into squares.
