Making refried beans out of a can awesome.
1. Melt butter in a skillet.
2. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant over low heat.
4. Add refried beans, break up and combine with butter, onion, and garlic.
5. Add half and half, stir.
6. Add sour cream
7. Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
8. Add cheese. Stir until melted.
